nerdish by nature

AirportQuiz collects no personal data. It has no server, no account system, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs. The airport data it quizzes you on ships inside the app, so playing does not require a network connection at all.

What the app stores on your device

  • Your scores and settings, kept locally so the app can show your best result and remember how you like to play.
  • Any Game Center score that failed to upload, queued locally and retried the next time the app launches.

All of it is removed when you delete the app.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, AirportQuiz submits your scores to two leaderboards — best score and longest streak. That submission goes to Apple, not to the developer, and is handled entirely by Apple’s GameKit framework. What Apple does with it is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Game Center is optional. Decline the sign-in prompt, or sign out in Settings, and the app keeps working with your scores staying on your device.

What the developer receives

Nothing. There is no backend and no telemetry. The developer cannot see your scores, your Game Center identity, or whether you use the app at all.

Children

AirportQuiz is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone. Game Center accounts are subject to Apple’s own age requirements.
